Richard Henry Koloc Sr., 72 of North Adams, MA died Monday September 19, 2016 at his home.
He was born in North Adams, MA on January 27, 1944 son of Henry I. and Helen (Eldridge) Koloc. He attended Drury High School.
Richard was last employed by Sprague Electric Co on Brown Street until his retirement. Prior to that, he worked for his father at K&M Motors for many years. Richard enjoyed working on cars and working in his yard.
Survivors include his wife, Judith Ann (Banas) Koloc, whom he married on December 16, 1961; and two daughters- Deborah Trybus of Lanesboro and Cindy Koloc of Cheshire; and two sons- Richard H. Koloc Jr of Franklin, NH and Timothy J. Koloc Sr. of North Adams. He also leaves seven grandchildren including Nicole Gallese, Kevin Gallese, Brian Gallese, Brittany Cardinal, Brooke Kraft, Timothy J. Koloc Jr. and Alyse J. Koloc; and two great grandchildren including Parker Gallese and Ruby Fachini; and three sisters including Nancy Koloc and Virginia Kondel of North Adams; and Linda O'Keefe of Hudson, NH; and nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by a brother, Frederick Koloc.

FUNERAL NOTICE: There are no services for Richard Koloc. Burial will be in Eastlawn Cemetery.
