Lisa Lynn (Lafontaine) Thibert, 47, of Clarksburg, MA passed away on Monday January 9, 2017 at Berkshire Medical Center after a long and courageous battle with cancer.
Lisa was born on February 22, 1969 in North Adams, MA to the late David and Sandra (Dubie) Lafontaine.
Lisa was a 1987 Drury High School graduate and a 1991 Berkshire Community College graduate. Lisa was a self employed day care provider in Clarksburg for over 20 years, during which time she loved and taught countless children all of whom she welcomed into her home and her heart.
Lisa will always be loved and remembered by her devoted husband, Arthur (AJ) J. Thibert Jr. and her loving daughters, Jacklyn Therrien of Sunderland, MA, Allison Therrien, Jamie Thibert, and Tessa Thibert all at home. She is also survived by her sister, Kim Lafontaine also of Clarksburg. She was predeceased by a daughter, Lacey Rae Thibert in December 2002.
Her greatest joy was being a mother to her children and a wife to AJ. Lisa loved to listen to AJ sing and to hold on tight during a motorcycle ride; listening to her daughters share their stories and days with her, and spoiling her many four -legged children.
Lisa will always be remembered for her infectious smile, her bright blue eyes and her incredible hugs. She radiated positivity and love in everything she did and to everyone she met.

FUNERAL NOTICE: A Liturgy of Christian Burial to celebrate the life of Lisa Thibert will be celebrated on Monday January 16, 2017 at 10am at St. Elizabeth of Hungary Church North Adams, MA . Calling hours will be on Sunday January 15, 2017 from 2-5 PM at the Flynn & Dagnoli Funeral Home- WEST CHAPELS 521 West Main St. North Adams, MA 01247.
