Marion Joan (Zwiercan) Dobbert, 77 of North Adams, MA died Friday April 21, 2017 at Berkshire Medical Center.
She was born in North Adams, MA on February 5, 1940 daughter of Walter and Joan Zwiercan. She attended local schools and graduated from the St. Joseph's High School with the class of 1957.
Marion was primarily a homemaker and she was a devoted mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. She was a communicant of St. Elizabeth of Hungary Church. Marion enjoyed maintaining flower and vegetable gardens.
Survivors include three daughters- Lisa Wiles of Agawam, MA; Mary-Lynn Toomey and Melissa Groves, both of North Adams. She also leaves seven grandchildren including Courtney-Joan Brosnihan, Brianna Groves, Jacob Groves, Katlyn Toomey, Dylan Toomey, Marc Barcomb and Joshua Barcomb; and two great grandchildren- Mason and Mackayla; and nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her brother Stephen Zwiercan who died on February 5, 2017.

FUNERAL NOTICE: A Liturgy of Christian Burial for Marion Dobbert will be celebrated Thursday April 27, 2017 at 11:00 AM at St. Elizabeth of Hungary Church. Burial will be at a later date in Southview Cemetery.
