Condolence: We are so sorry for your loss. The memories of Aunt Ellen are many and great. She was a knowledgeable, charismatic woman with endless interesting stories. A woman we could all appreciate spending time with on so many occasions. She was a superior role model for her little sister, and sure she was a wonderful Mom. She will be missed by all!

Condolence: Kära Marsha det gör mig så ledsen över er sorg efter din mamma Ellen. Hon är oss ett kärt minne nu men var en älskad vän och person. Hon kändes alltid som en del av vår familj liksom du är.
Hon sa en gång att hon siktade på att bli 100 år men vågade inte hoppas på mer, att det skulle bli så kunde man inte ana då.
Hon var alltid så pigg och öppen för allt och alla och hade en så positiv energi , jag älskade verkligen Ellen.
Vi känner en stor saknad efter henne och känner starkt med dig och dina släktingars sorg och saknad.

Condolence: Dear Marsha, How sad to read in the newspaper of your mother's passing. She reached her goal of living to be 100! No doubt she enjoyed having you all there to celebrate with her. I'm sure the last few years have been hard for all of you watching her decline. I'm glad I could be a part of her life and help her remain "independent" as long as possible. Ellen leaves quite a legacy with her 5 children and many grandchildren, passing on her love of books and travel, the importance of family, her Swedish roots, her generosity. She was fortunate to have such a caring family and kind caregivers (nurses) in Pittsfield & Dalton. Please extend my sympathy to the rest of the family. You are in my thoughts and prayers.--Jane
