It is with deep sorrow that Concettina (Connie) M. Collingwood, beloved wife, mother, and daughter is at rest. Born February 22, 1960, love and tender care were Connie’s dominant qualities. As a healer to the many who sought her guidance, she was a walking encyclopedia of old world and cutting edge remedies. In 2013, Connie started her therapy based business, Hydrohealth of Western Mass where she used her knowledge to help many people. It brought Connie great joy to serve in this way to our community. She was graced with beauty, a radiant smile and a talent for dancing, an activity she relished with great joy with her husband Bruce. They were planning to celebrate 28 years of marriage in October. In the hearts of her family, her most endearing gift was that of a doting wife, mother and daughter watching over her flock with great love, devotion and care. She is survived by her loving husband Bruce Collingwood, her two children John and Noah along with her mother Maria Stracuzzi.




Funeral Notice: A Memorial Service to celebrate the life of Concettina (Connie) M. Collingwood will take place Saturday, September 2, 2017 at 4:00 P.M. at the FLYNN & DAGNOLI-BENCIVENGA FUNERAL HOME, 5 Elm St., Pittsfield, MA 01201. Calling hours at the funeral home will be from 1:00 P.M. to the time of the service. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Boy Scout Troop 8 of Pittsfield in care of the funeral home.
