Condolence: So sorry for your loss. I knew Joe briefly as I worked in the middle school until 96'. I knew Joe through some senior members of the staff. Perry Lipkin was my contact at the H.S. as I did my first 17 years at the middle school doing band and chorus before I came to the H.S. in 96". Joe was one of the senior staff that I looked up to when I first came to Croton. I just retired in 2016 so there are not a lot of the staff that would remember Joe.
