Obituary for Robert Emile Lefebvre

Robert Emile Lefebvre, 69, of Readsboro, VT, died Tuesday February 6, 2018 at Centers for Living and Rehabilitation in Bennington. He was born in Adams, MA on March 7, 1948 a son of Gilbert and Florence (Roberts) Lefebvre.
Robert attended local schools and graduated from the former St. Joseph’s High School. He went on to attend North Adams State College, as well as Westfield State College. He was a veteran of the Vietnam War, serving in the US Navy.
Robert was last employed by the Town of Readsboro for several years, until his retirement. He was a member of the Readsboro American Legion. Robert enjoyed woodworking, riding his motorcycle, and searching on the computer.
Survivors include his wife Earlene D. (Sanderson) Lefebvre, whom he married on July 8, 1967. He also leaves two daughters Charlotte Clark and her husband, Christopher of Readsboro; and Lisa Noyes and her husband, Andrew of Halifax, VT; three grandchildren Angelina Clark; and Miranda and Samantha Noyes; a sister Donna Lefebvre and her husband, Paul Drozdowskiof TN; as well as nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his brother Thomas Lefebvre.
FUNERAL NOTICE: A Liturgy of Christian Burial for Robert Lefebvre will be celebrated on Monday, February 12, 2018 at 11:00a.m. at St. Joachim’s Church in Readsboro, VT. Burial will be in the spring in Village Cemetery in Readsboro. There will be no calling hours.
