Obituary for Rose Marie LeBeau (Cirullo)

Rose Marie (Cirullo) LeBeau, 95 of North Adams, MA died Monday, February 19, 2018 at Williamstown Commons.
She was born in North Adams, MA on April 9, 1922 daughter of Francis and Elizabeth (Lombardo) Cirullo. She attended local schools.
Rose was last employed by the North Adams Public Schools at Brayton Elementary School. Prior to that, she worked at Wall-Streeter Shoe Co., Sprague Electric Co., and Jiminy Peak. After her retirement, she worked in the "Grandparent Program" at Brayton School. She officially stopped her career at the age of 93.
She was a communicant of St. Elizabeth of Hungary Church and was a member of its Rosary Society. She was also a member of the Sons of Italy. Rose enjoyed knitting, crocheting, puzzling, cooking, and baking. Perhaps her favorite hobby of all was going to the casino with her dear friends and family members. Outside of her hobbies, she especially loved spending time with her daughters, grandchildren, and great grandchildren.
She was the widow of Albert LeBeau who died on December 25, 1964. They were married on May 11, 1942.
Rose had three daughters. Elizabeth Murphy of North Adams (deceased), Almina Snow of North Adams, and Susan DeSanty and her husband, Robert of Clarksburg. She is also survived by eight grandchildren including: Becky Dix, Brenda Piantoni and her husband, Joseph, John Dix, Brandi Dean, Shad DelNegro, Sarah Gaffey and her husband, Jamie, Erika DeSanty, and Robert "Beau" DeSanty; and six great grandchildren including: Nathan Piantoni, Lindsey Piantoni, Johnathan Dean, Christian Dean, Ella Gaffey, and Alivia Gaffey; one sister- Mary Bellows of Southport, NC, and nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by two brothers and four sisters including: Theresa Gonyea, Virginia Strange, Angela "Tillie" Abuisi, Frances "Tootsie" Rondeau, Michael Cirullo and James Cirullo.

FUNERAL NOTICE: A Liturgy of Christian Burial for Rose LeBeau will be celebrated Monday February 26, 2018 at 11:00 AM at St. Elizabeth of Hungary Church. Burial will follow in Bellevue Cemetery in Adams. Calling hours at FLYNN & DAGNOLI-MONTAGNA HOME FOR FUNERALS CENTRAL CHAPEL, 74 Marshall St. North Adams, MA are Monday morning from 9-10:30 AM.
