Leo Arthur Benoit III, 59 of North Adams, MA died Saturday March 10, 2018 at his home.
He was born in Nashville, Tennessee on March 30, 1958 son of Martha Ruth (Tankersley) Benoit and the late Leo Arthur Benoit Jr. He attended North Adams schools including the Drury High School.
Leo was last employed at NSK Steering in Bennington, VT. He enjoyed deer hunting and fishing and especially enjoyed playing pool and softball.
Survivors include his mother- Martha Ruth (Tankersley) Benoit of Adams and one daughter- Shannon Lynn Dozier of Adams and two sons- Leo Arthur Benoit IV of North Adams and Jason Robert Benoit of Adams. He also leaves ten grandchildren; two sisters- Connie Tifft of Clarksburg and Christel Massaconi of Cheshire; two brothers- Randall Benoit of North Adams and Kenneth Benoit of Clarksburg; and nieces and nephews.
