Lois Evelyn (Upton) Fachini, 72, of Florida, MA died on Sunday, May 13, 2018 at her home. She was born in North Adams, MA on November 11, 1945 a daughter of the late Kenneth Plummer and Cirena (LaDue) Upton.
She attended Mark Hopkins Elementary School. She went on to work at Sweet Brook Nursing Home as a housekeeper until her retirement in 2010. She was a member St. Francis of Assisi Church.
Mrs. Fachini was the widow of James Richard Fachini, who died on January 15, 2018.
Survivors include a daughter, Kristen Roberts and her husband, Tom of North Adams; three grandchildren Tom, Tyler, and Haley Roberts; three sisters-in-law Theresa, Rose, and Lynn Upton; brother-in-law Robert Witherell; as well as several nieces, nephews, grandnieces, and grandnephews. She was the last of her siblings, and was predeceased by four sisters Gertrude Adkins, Elizabeth Witherell, Madeline Bliss, and Gloria Beals; as well as seven brothers Donald, Kenneth, Leo, Edward, Walter, Harold, and Robert Upton.

FUNERAL NOTICE: Graveside services to celebrate the life of Mrs. Fachini will take place in the family plot at Southview Cemetery on Thursday, May 24, 2018 at 10:00am.
