Craig Anthony Amos, 63 of North Adams, MA died Thursday August 30, 2018 at his home.
He was born in North Adams, MA on April 3, 1955 son of Russell J. and Dorothy M. (Grant) Amos. He attended local schools and graduated from McCann Technical High School. He also graduated from Springfield Technical College.
Craig was last employed by Berkshire Bridge and Iron. Before that, he worked for Petriccca Construction and was also a longtime local cab driver.
He was a member of the First Baptist Church of North Adams. Craig enjoyed fishing, hunting and turkey shoots and especially enjoyed spending time with his family.
Survivors include his wife, Sharon L. (Perry) Amos whom he married on August 18, 2018 and one son- Tre Anthony Amos of North Adams and one brother Russell Amos of North Adams. He also helped raise his nieces and nephew including Alecia Amos, Jessica Amos, Tanecia Amos and Grant Amos. He was predeceased by his brother and sister in law- Grant and Sally Amos.

FUNERAL NOTICE: The funeral for Craig Amos will be Tuesday September 4, 2018 at 6:00 PM at FLYNN & DAGNOLI-MONTAGNA HOME FOR FUNERALS WEST CHAPELS, 521 West Main St. North Adams, MA.
