Ted was a wonderful person.he was a friend of everyone.when my family had a business., Ted was our oil and service supplier sence day one when he started Ted Pierce oil.he was also a close friend to our family .we could call Ted at anytime of the night if we had a problem.Yes he could fix anything.he will be missed.May God Bless and rest in peace Ted.

I am so sorry to hear of Ted's passing. I will miss his yearly visits to Hedges Lake. He was a wonderful man and a great friend. He taught me so much over the years. Ted and his family are in my prayers.

Words can not express how sorry I am to hear of your father/grandfathers passing. He was a great man with a huge heart. Always a pleasure to spend time with. Your family will be in my thoughts and prayers. God bless.

What a wonderful, happy, uplifting man Teddy was. One could not be around him without smiling. He was thoughtful and kind. When our daughter, Michelle, heard of his death, she sent us the obituary with the message, "I loved him!" You will be missed, Teddy, but we will always remember you with laughter, not tears.

How lucky we were on Lytle Road when Ted moved into our neighborhood. He was the kindest, most helpfull friend our street could have. He was like family to us. HIs smile was so beautiful and his work ethic was like a 20 year old. He would go fishing with us at the friends pond behind the house and that made him happy especially when he caught that "Big Bass". He would have small get togethers for his neighbors and call them "The end of Summer", and have Pizza, Shrimp and of course Vanilla Ice Cream, and we could not say no to that Ice Cream. I started bringing him Chocolate Milk and he would tell me he drank half the first night and the rest the next day. Thanks you to his family for giving us your wonderful father who made me so happy. There was not another man like Ted and will never be another.

In the very short time I had with Ted, I came to love him like a father. His humor, his zest for life and a real need to help others will stay with me as long as I live. He was a great inspiration to me as well as the rest of the Lytle Rd neighborhood and he will be greatly missed. He is most likely in Heaven making others laugh and looking for something to fix.
