Condolence: So sorry to hear of Bill’s passing. I worked with him for many years at DCMA and PMO. He was a very friendly guy and had an infectious smile and good nature. Always fun to talk to and I learned a lot from his technical education and experiences.
My condolences to the family and friends. He will be missed.

Condolence: My Twin Sister and I grew up with Bill in the small town of Monroe. We attended elementary school grades kindergarten to eighth grade. We were the largest class graduating from the Monroe Elementary school in 1958 with 5 girls and 3 boys. His mother was my mother's best friend. Bill was very quiet for the most part and we grew apart once we started high school. I am very pleased to learn that Bill had accomplished so much in life since we did not run in the circles in high school and lost track of him after that. I am very sorry to hear of his passing and I send my condolences to his family. Its sound like he had a wonderful life.
Best Regards,
Elizabeth Chambers Pennington and Ethel Chambers Dillenseider13

Condolence: I worked with Bill for decades and I always enjoyed his easy going personality and knowledge of his many roles at GE and DCMA. We also golfed in a QC men's golf league for a while and I fondly remember our friendly banter on the course. Please accept my deepest condolences and know you and Bill will be in my thoughts and prayers.
