In addition to her devoted husband, Louis Robert Scalise whom she married in July 6, 1974 and son, David Scalise (wife Marci Scalise), she is survived by her brothers Robert L. Born in North Adams on July 16, 1940, Sally attended St. Joseph’s High School in North Adams and went on to graduate from the St. Luke Nursing School in Pittsfield with a Nursing Degree. She was a labor and delivery nurse at the North Adams Regional Hospital for over 30 years. She loved golfing, bowling, traveling and, most of all, spending time with her family. She retired in 2001 and, with her husband, moved to Franklin, Tennessee. She was supportive and loving, accepting, strong and brave. Her story, from her beginning, is one of fierceness and grit. Her pluck and candor served her well in life. Sally will be greatly missed.
