Condolences

Condolence From: Barbara Peck Mansfield
Condolence: Philip, Christine, Tootie (MarySusan), Jimmy, and Paul,
I can't begin to let you know how sad I am to hear about Jackie's passing. I remember when he was born (and pushed the Talaricos right past the Pecks in maximum number of offspring in our neighborhood). We lost Dickie when he was just 59, too. There is no full recovery, as you surely know, from losing a sibling. There will always be a hole(s). And there is an added sadness that he was the youngest of you all.
Jack, just as the whole Talarico family, was my family, too. I always felt welcome at the house and at the table and in the garden and all down that great green grassy hill behind the house. Many happy memories from so long ago.
Please know that I am grieving for you, with you. I hope to see at least some of you soon. (FYI- the class of '68, as is typical, missed our 50th and will be having a 51st next year, so maybe then.) And I do hope the rest of you are in good health and have had happy lives. I am only a tiny piece Talarico but I am sad in a disproportionately big way.
much love and peaceful remembrance,
Barbara
