I'm so sorry for your loss. Phil was certainly a gifted man in many ways! Rest in Peace!

Words can never really say or explain what Phil was to each one of us.He was truly a kind and influential man in my life.Even for only that moment in time when we were close.Phil will always be remembered for his smile,laughter,kindness and knowledge of many things.Along with his great talent as a guitarist and mentor to many of us musicians.I will miss him and keep him in my thoughts always.My deepest and sincerest condolences to Sher,his daughters and all of his family and friends.RIP old friend!

I just want to say how sorry I am about Phil's passing. Although we only knew each other through my late husband and never met in person, he was always so kind and gracious to me. My thoughts and prayers are with you all during this difficult time.

Our sincere sympathy to the entire Simon family. Although we had not seen Phil in several years, our memories are vivid of his great love of life, wonderful personality and terrific musical talents in his younger days.
