Dear Lynne, Judy, and Family, I am so sorry to read about Evelyn's passing. I am away, but I checked the Eagle obits today online precisely because I knew your mother wasn't doing well. I was so saddened by what I learned. Evelyn was such a lovely woman. I will miss her in the dining hall at WC. She was so sharp to the very end; and at 101!!! Your mother lived an incredible life and surely saw so much in her lifetime. Ed and I send our sincerest condolences. I'm sure you all have may beautiful memories to hold close to your heart. I'm very sorry I will not be able to make the services, but will be there in thought, and will ALWAYS remember your dear mother. May she rest in peace, and may you all get through this sad time by sharing happy memories.

Aunt Evey's warm, handwritten letters - detailing all the current events that were going on in her life - were always greatly appreciated, and will be missed.....God bless you.
