Condolence: Gordon became such an important part of our lives when we moved into our house on Green River Road over 30 years ago. We appreciated all of the skills he brought in helping us to care for our home. Most importantly, he was a true friend, caring and thoughtful beyond words. He listened to problems, gave the wisest of advise, and offered a loving hug as needed. His opinions on the challenges of life were always valued and deeply respected. A highlight of the day was seeing Gordon in the morning, stopping to have a cup of tea with him, and to chat about the news of the day. He knew what was important in life and had the biggest of hearts. We loved him dearly.
