I did not know Joe personally. I knew of him through his niece, Mary Coury. Mary often told me about the fun times she had with her Uncle going out for rides or taking him out for lunch or dinner. Mary was not only his niece, she was his caretaker, his friend and the one he could rely on 24/7. She loved his smile and his laughter was contagious. Joe will be missed greatly by Mary and her family and will be remembered in their hearts forever. Through Mary, I feel like he was a friend that passed on and left his footprints in our hearts. Rest in peace Dear Man and know that you were loved deeply.
