Obituary for LeAnne Grace Stokes

LeAnne Grace Stokes, 18, of Adams, died on Wednesday, March 13, 2019 at her home. She was born on December 30, 2000 a daughter of Charles Stokes Jr. and Stacy (Holtz) Stokes.
LeAnne attended school at McCann Technical High School and was a Junior in the Culinary Arts Department. She was the President of her Venturing Crew 38 in Adams and was currently a youth archery instructor at the Cheshire Rod and Gun Club. She had a love for the outdoors and nature and was known as an outstanding marksman and won several National Shooting Achievement Awards. LeAnne had a keen interest in History and was involved in conducting Historical Surveys through The National Historical Society. By age 9 through hard work and dedication she held several World Championship Titles in Aikido, Jiu-Jitsu, Karate. Age 9 became Southern All States Point Series Champion.
Besides her parents, she also leaves her siblings, Brother Geoffrey Stokes his fiancée Carly Berry of Tallahassee, FL. Brother Nicholas Stokes and his wife Jamie Lee and Niece Annalise Stokes of Adams, MA. , and Sister Marissa Stokes all of Adams . Paternal grandparents Lorraine and David Boschetti of Adams and Charles and Linda Stokes of North Adams. Maternal grandparents Vicky and Richard Holtz. She was predeceased by her maternal grandfather Douglas Holtz. Leanne also leaves several Aunts ,Uncles and Cousins and her boyfriend Joshua Shoestock of Adams whom she loved dearly and her dog Micah.
A memorial service to celebrate the life of LeAnne Stokes will be held on Friday March 29, 2019 at 1PM at the Flynn & Dagnoli Funeral Home – WEST CHAPEL 521 West Main St. North Adams, MA 01247. Calling Hours are Friday March 29, 2019 from 11AM to 1PM. Donations may be made directly to the funeral home in memory of LeAnne Grace Stokes.
