Mrs. Maria Rachelle (Ciavarella) MacDonald, 59 of Griswold, CT passed away, Friday March 22, 2019 at Lawrence & Memorial Hospital.
She was born in North Adams, Massachusetts on December 24, 1959, daughter of Josephine B. Ciavarella and Angelo Ciavarella. She attended North Adams Schools and graduated from Drury High School.
Maria was the Practice Manager at Mansfield Pediatrics, Optum ProHealth in Mansfield, CT, and was a communicant of St. Patrick’s Cathedral in Norwich, CT.
She leaves behind her husband of 34 years Glenn MacDonald, and her daughter Amanda MacDonald and Grandchildren. She also leaves behind Angelo Ciavarella her father, her sister, Tina Sparrow and her two nieces. She was predeceased by her mother Josephine B. Ciavarella and aunts Joan and Rita Aragose of North Adams, Massachusetts.
Private services are being held for her family with no calling hours. Her burial will be in South View Cemetery North Adams, Massachusetts.
