Obituary

Anthony Samuel Goodrich, 21, of Dalton, MA died on Saturday, June 8, 2019 at Berkshire Medical Center in Pittsfield, MA after a battle with Leukemia, surrounded by his loving family. He was born in Pittsfield on August 20, 1997 a son to Jason “Jay” Michael Goodrich and Darla Duclos. He attended Taconic High School. He was employed at Price Rite.
Anthony was Boston Strong, using that courage to fight his illness. Throughout his battle he showed determination and never allowed the leukemia to break him. He loved the outside but especially loved his friends and family. He would do anything for anyone never expecting anything in return. He was admired by all those who knew him on the way he lived his life.
Survivors include his parents, Jason Goodrich and Darla Duclos as well as his step-mothers, Jennifer Harwood and Amy Goodrich. He also leaves his sisters, Tayshia Chaloux and Brianna Goodrich and his brothers, Dante Richards and Colby Richards. He was loved by his grandparents, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Anthony’s family would like to thank Hospice Care in the Berkshires and the nursing staff at Brigham and Women’s Hospital for the care and outpouring concern and love.
There will be a private burial at a later date in the family plot in St. Joseph’s Cemetery, Pittsfield, MA. To add to the Book of Memories, please visit www.flynndagnolifuneralhomes.com.

I went to high school and with Anthony and just heard from one of my coworkers about this, I'm sorry for you're lost, he always gave me trouble (not in a bad way) but even then he always showed me his true colors of kindness, and I heard when we left high school that he had it, R.I.P Anthony you were always gonna be missed man

I meet tony at cyc camp when we were going into 6th grade. Then he ended up coming to my elementary school the next year. In middle school we got really close. I have so many memories with him that I will forever cherish. He ALWAYSSS knew how to have fun and make people laugh and everyone loved him. I wouldn’t have made it through middle school without him! Rest easy Anthony!!!
