Dear Judy and family,
I was so sorry to read of Jack's passing. I had been asking about him. Despite all of his pain and suffering, when he could speak after first coming to Wmst Commons and being Dad's roommate, he was always such an upbeat and kind man. Judy, it was such a pleasure to have someone as kind as you in Rm 226. I always appreciated your pleasant demeanor and willingness to be flexible and helpful. I hope Jack is at peace now and I hope your family will find comfort in many good memories. I recognize Jack as a young man. I must have seen him many times on duty. I thank you for your years of service Jack, and I'm sorry about all of your pain and suffering. My sincerest and heartfelt condolences go out to the McConnell family.

Jack was a great man and a dear friend who was a great mentor to me with my time with WPD. I owe allot to him as I found Jack to be one of kindest people I have ever known, When I would see him after a long time period may have passed He always had the largest smile when he found out it was me talking to him from underneath a MC helmet or a shout from passing by his homestead in my car. RIP Jack and know you were loved and you will always be in my thoughts. My dearest Condolences to his family which meant the most to his heart.....

to Judy, John, Peter,

Jack was the best friend and neighbor a person could ask for the 40 plus years we had the pleasure of knowing him and watching his boys grow up and then have boys of their own. We will miss him and our heartfelt sympathy goes from us to all his friends and family.
