I met Ray when I attended MT. Greylock High School back in the early 90s. Ray was a few years older than me a was a fantastic big brother figure in my life. He and I spent many a cold day in garages working on cars, DJing dances and just hanging out. He had such a natural understanding of how machines of any kind worked, there was not a single thing he could not fix. As others have stated, Ray would drop what he was doing to help others out of a jam. Just a very levelheaded caring individual that made an amazing impact on who I am today. Thank you Ray!

I went to High School with Ray and even ended up working with him for a couple of summers at the High School. He was a great person with a kind heart. He was known as Mr. A/V and always had the latest and greatest stereo and video equipment. We would go over to Ray's house for pizza and movie night many times, even when I was passing through from College. There was nothing that would stop him from offering a hand when needed. Though over time we fell apart, I will always remember his kindness. He will be missed.

Myself and my longtime girlfriend had the privilege of knowing Ray for the last 5 years. He was VERY good to us and was invaluable as we looked to further improve the aesthetics of our home. He had a vast skill set and was very knowledgeable about many things. He was the type of guy you could contact if you had a question, as he usually had an answer or pointed you in the direction to someone who did. He was the type of guy that just wanted to help and was of high integrity. These type of people are honestly few and far between in today's world. We need more of them. He will be remembered and not be forgotten anytime soon.
