Beverly Jean (O'Neill) King of Williamstown died peacefully on Wednesday October 7, 2020 at the Williamstown Commons. She was born in North Adams on October 9, 1939 a daughter of the late Anthony James St. John and Gladys (Thompson) O'Neill. Beverly was raised by her mother and stepfather Esmonde O'Neill. She attended schools in Williamstown and graduated Williamstown High Schools. In her younger years she was a member of the Civil Air Patrol for the United States Air Force and was a member of the queen's court at the 1959 Fall Foliage Parade.

Beverly was first employed at Rudnick's Cleaners on spring Street in Williamstown and was last employed as a dedicated employee in the Buildings and Grounds Department at Williams College from 1970 to 1996.
Survivors include her husband of 60 years Joseph Arthur King whom she married September 24, 1960. Three daughters, Susan Christine King of North Adams, Laura Jean Photos of Bethany, CT. and Victoria Marie Slater of North Adams. One son, Joseph Russell King of Williamstown and four grandchildren Nicole Slater, Nicholas and Alexis Photos and Jaedin King. Beverly also leaves her brother Richard O'Neill and his wife Jacqueline of Clarksburg, MA.
A Graveside Service will take place on Saturday October 17, 2020 at 10 AM. at the family plot in Eastlawn Cemetery, Williamstown, MA.
