Mary Virginia (Bennett) Norman, 67 of North Adams, MA died Thursday January 7, 2021 at her home.
She was born in North Adams, MA on November 10, 1953, a daughter of Lawrence Homer and Alice May (Brayman) Bennett. She attended local schools.
Mary was primarily a homemaker and was devoted to her family. She attended the First Baptist Church. She enjoyed country music and rock-n-roll.
She was the widow of Roy Earl Norman Sr. who died on September 23, 2004. They were married in 1969. Survivors include two sons- Roy Earl (Deanna) Norman Jr of North Adams and Nicholas Leroy (Kristen) Norman of Michigan. She also leaves four grandchildren including Nicholas Wayne Norman, Brandon Leroy Norman, Jennifer L. Parker and Damien H. Norman; one great granddaughter- Isabell Sophia Colin; five sisters- Rose Bennett of North Adams; Alice LaFountain of Cheshire; Helen Johnson of North Adams; Christine Rupprecht of North Adams and Sharon Windsor; one brother- Lawrence Bennett of Lakeland, FL and many nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews. She was predeceased by three sisters and two brothers including Priscilla O'Neil, Bertha Brayman, Patty Brayman, Wayne Bennett and Roy Bennett.
