Obituary for Karen Ann Sinopoli
Karen Ann (McNeil) Sinopoli, 73 of Pittsfield died on Friday, February 11, 2022 at Mount Carmel Care Center.
Karen was born on June 17, 1948 in Pittsfield, MA a daughter of the late Robert & Edwina (Dush) McNeil. She attended local schools. Karen and her husband operated Sinopoli’s Radiator Repair for over 40 years. She also worked at Berkshire Medical Center in its dietary department until her retirement.
Karen enjoyed cooking, sewing, and gardening. She married her husband, Peter Michael Sinopoli on February 4, 1966. Besides her husband, Karen leaves her son, Edward P. Sinopoli of Pompano Beach, Florida, two daughters, Edwina Taliaferro (Fred) and Tina L. LaDouceur (Joe) of Pittsfield. She also leaves two grandchildren, Morgan LaDouceur and Dylan LaDouceur, as well as 3 sisters, Linda Silvestro of Pittsfield, Debra Gero of Lanesboro and Sandy Scribner of Pittsfield; 1 brother, Randy Scribner of North Carolina. She also leaves nieces and nephews and was predeceased by two brothers, Leon Scribner and Gary Scribner.
