Obituary for Barbara Ann Monette
Barbara Ann Monette, 58, of North Adams died on Sunday, March 13, 2022 at Southern Vermont Hospital. She was born in North Adams, MA on June 2, 1963 a daughter of the later Paul Monette & MaryJane Scrivens.
Barbara attended North Adams Schools and graduated from Drury High School. Barb loved her cats, loved to travel, fish and watch football. The Green Bay Packers was her favorite team! She was an avid bowler and was a member of the Greylock Bowling League. Barb loved to spend time with her nieces and great nieces, who she loved dearly.
Barbara leaves her sister, Theresa LePicier and her husband Keith of Hoosick Falls, NY and Paula Griffin and her husband Kevin of North Adams. She also leaves her nieces, Samantha Weinberg, Jennifer Griffin and Meghan Griffin and her great nieces Shaw & Astra Weinberg. Barbara was predeceased by her partner, Janice McGhee in 2018 and nephew, Paul Griffin.
FUNERAL NOTICE: Calling hours to celebrate the life of Barbara Monette will take place Monday March 21, 2022 from 4-6 p.m. at the Flynn & Dagnoli Funeral Home, WEST CHAPELS, 521 West Main St. North Adams, MA. Private burial will take place on Tuesday March 22, 2002 at the family plot in Southview Cemetery, North Adams, MA.
