Obituary for Jenny May Girardi
Jenny May Girardi, 46 of Readsboro, VT died on Friday, December 2, 2022 at her home.
She was born in North Adams, MA on May 17, 1976 a daughter of John Louis “Jack” Girardi and Wendy Marlene (Lowe) Girardi. Jenny attended Whitingham High School in Vermont.
Jenny was primarily a homemaker devoted to raising her daughter. Since she was a little girl, she was known to have a generous and caring heart; she would always lend a helping hand to her family and neighbors. She loved to travel and traveled to various countries, including Italy where she provided care as a nanny. She was also an amazing cook known for many dishes, including what everyone knew to be the world’s best tortellini salad.
Jenny is survived by her daughter, Madeline Girardi; mother and father- Jack and Wendy Girardi of Readsboro and her brother Jesse John Girardi of North Adams. She also leaves her maternal grandmother, Lorraine Lowe of Readsboro; her significant other, Timothy Brown of Readsboro; and many wonderful aunts, uncles, cousins and friends which she loved dearly. She was predeceased by her son, Damien Girardi who died on April 20, 2000.
FUNERAL NOTICE: A funeral to celebrate the life of Jenny will be on Tuesday, December 13, 2022 at 11:00 AM at Stamford Community Church in Stamford, VT with the reception being held afterwards at the Readsboro Inn in Readsboro, VT.
