Obituary for Patricia Ann Roberts (Gattuso)

Patricia (Gattuso) Roberts of North Adams, passed away peacefully on February 13, 2023, surrounded by her loving family. Born on April 1, 1945, in North Adams to the late André James Gattuso and Julia Francis (Duxbury) Morehouse.

Patricia was predeceased by her husband Richard Norman Roberts. Loving mother of Kristine Julia (Adams) Cahoon and her husband Charles, Jill-Marie (Adams) Richardson and partner Jeffrey Therrien, Michael Richardson (son-in-law), and Jeffrey Walter Adams, all of North Adams. Beloved Grandmother (Marmee) to Kortni (Cahoon) Pikula and her husband Sean of North Adams, Collin Cahoon and his wife Andrea of Clarksburg, Gretel (Cahoon) Crewe and her husband Brendan of Tewksbury, Kyle Cahoon of North Adams, Jordon Richardson and his wife Jackie of North Adams, Hannah Richardson of North Adams, and Justin, Lindsay, and Jeffrey Michael. Loving great-grandmother to Noah and Lily Pikula, Bentley and Griffin Cahoon, Liam and Emmett Crewe, and Madison and Emma Pearson. Dear sister of Carol (Gattuso) Drane and late husband George of Virginia and sister-in-law Carole Foist and Charles “Ian” of Pownal Vermont. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.

Patricia was a friend to many, who cared deeply for her family and loved ones. She could truly make a friend anywhere she went. A devoted child of God who, until her last breath, shared the salvation message and prayed over everyone who stepped foot in her hospital room. Patricia was a member of many clubs such as Friends of the North Adams Library, North Adams Regional Hospital Women’s Auxiliary, and Quilting Bees. She enjoyed her time volunteering at New Direction Women’s Center, tag-saling with her dear friends, and spending time with her family. Patricia’s grandchildren were her pride and joy and she spent many years helping care for and raise her great-grandchildren. She will be greatly missed by all who loved her.

Family and Friends are invited to attend visiting hours at Flynn & Dagnoli Funeral Home, 521 W. Main St, North Adams on Sunday, February 19th from 3-5pm. Her Funeral Service will be celebrated at Community Bible Church, 160 Bridges Rd, Williamstown on Monday, February 20th at 11am. Burial will be private.
