BESSIE MAY PATRICIA (GARCEAU) MORIN, 83, of North Adams, MA died on Wednesday, February 22, 2017 at Williamstown Commons in Williamstown, MA. She was born in North Adams on August 4, 1933 a daughter to the late Joseph and Bessie (Felix) Garceau. She attended schools in North Adams. She was employed at J.J. Newberry's, Grant Department Store and the Sprague Electric. After raising her family of seven children she was the owner and operator of her own day care in North Adams. She was a volunteer with Adams Community Center. She loved cats and dogs.
Survivors include her five daughters; Linda Jackson of NY, Patricia Paciorek and her husband Peter of TX; Irene Burns and her husband, Leroy of North Adams, Bessie Moran and her husband, Joseph of North Adams and Bonny Bishop and her husband, James , NY and her two sons; Albert A. Gagne Jr. and his wife, Wendy and James A. Gagne of VA. She also leaves several grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren. She leaves a sister, Dorothy Vallieres of North Adams and a brother, Joseph Garceau of Adams.
FUNERAL NOTICE: Graveside services for Bessie Morin will be held in the spring. There are no calling hours.
